Join Angela for Hatha Yoga and Intermediate/Power Yoga every day of the week! Mon, Tues, Wed and Fri, 5:30 - 6:30, Thursday 5:00 - 6:00. Need a stress-break from work? Join us for a lunch hour yoga class, its like a mini-retreat twice a week! Tues and Thurs, 12pm - 1pm. Saturday classes with Steve! Every Saturday from 12:30pm - 1:30pm.
